BONJOUR over-thinkers, I will be calling you all ‘RUMINATORS’ throughout my post. So get yourself acquainted with this word.
More often than not, we end up explaining our problems, or I must rephrase : We try hard to to express our ‘COMPLICATIONS’ to others and we only find them nodding their heads and giving absurd solutions. Believe me Ruminators, they ain’t got a bit sense of what actually you want them to understand, its because they might not be in the same loop as of yours !
“YOU ARE MORE INSIDE YOUR HEAD THAN YOU ARE OUTSIDE”. You find yourself talking to you more often, about the things you posses or want to have, consequences of the actions that you have committed or the act which you are going to initiate. This process of getting yourself much involved inside your head puts you in pressure. And people mistake that pressure to be stress. “This process of thinking deeply about something is called RUMINATION”.
So friends filter yourself out, if you do not see yourself as a RUMINATOR.
You can be driven into a far-reaching emotional distress and generate mental-health problems if you keep on ruminating frequently. You will be stuck in an endless loop with no ‘BREAK’ statement to kill it.
In my opinion, Ruminators can be of 3 types :
One who overthinks about something once in a while. Others are persistent over-thinker, who spend most of their waking time ruminating, imbibing pressure. And the last, who are aware that they ruminate but cannot find a way out.
Ruminators often get stuck while making any decision, even if it is for smaller aspects of day to day life, they even start to read minds of other and some time try to predict future.
Some start to feel that they are into the clutches of another personality inside them, who is commenting, judging all of their activities confuse them what to post online because they are deeply concerned about how others will interpret their content.
Some Ruminators develop sleeping problems like non-completed sleep, creating their own fascinating stories while in a moderate sleep.
